CBP TECHNOLOGY PRINCIPAL · INCIDENT RECOVERY

LyncisRail

Railway recovery starts before the crane lifts anything. The asset must reach the incident, enter the railway, stabilize in the available space and work around vehicle mass, lifting points, catenary and route constraints.
FULL CBP-RELEVANT OFFERING

TM50 combines mobility and recovery into one railway incident-response platform.

The value is integration: road chassis, rail running, railway braking, stabilizers, crane, recovery accessories, controls and lifecycle readiness.

TM50 platform

Heavy road-rail rescue vehicle integrating road travel, railway running and recovery lifting.

ROAD-RAILRESCUE CRANESELF-PROPELLED

Rail running / gauge

Rail gear and project-specific gauge configuration allow the recovery vehicle to operate on the intended railway network where engineered.

RAIL GEARGAUGERAILWAY BRAKE

Stabilization / lifting

Outriggers, lateral positioning and recovery spreaders create the controlled lifting architecture at the incident.

STABILIZERSLATERAL SHIFTSPREADERS

Control / lifecycle

Remote control, work-zone limits, truck/crane/rail-gear support and recovery equipment keep the asset ready over time.

CAPABILITY MAP

Recovery capability is a chain of functions, not a single crane rating.

01

Reach incident by road

Avoid dependence on railway access from the nearest depot.

02

Enter railway mode

Use integrated rail gear for controlled railway movement.

03

Stabilize

Create a safe lifting footprint in the available corridor.

04

Lift & shift

Use the recovery crane and accessories against approved vehicle points.

05

Rerail / clear route

Return the vehicle to a recoverable position and restore access.

06

Maintain readiness

Keep chassis, crane, rail gear and rigging serviceable as one emergency asset.

GUIDED SELECTION

What recovery scenario must the system handle?

This module exposes the scenario variables that decide whether an integrated road-rail crane fits.

TM50 integrated road-rail concept

The road-first access model can reduce dependence on moving a conventional railway crane from a distant depot.

This is emergency-engineering selection. Published crane capacity never substitutes for a vehicle/site-specific recovery load case.
WHY THIS PRINCIPAL?

Traditional heavy lifting and railway recovery are not the same system problem.

LyncisRail's USP is integrating mobility, railway running and recovery lifting. That can simplify response logistics, but only when route access, gauge, catenary, stabilizer geometry and vehicle lifting points are engineered together.

Recovery stageIntegrated requirementFailure if ignored
Reach incidentRoad / rail mobilityCrane cannot access site efficiently
PositionGauge, clearance, railway brakingAsset cannot travel safely on network

PROJECT & TRUST EVIDENCE

Current route, no invented Indonesian deployment.

Current CBP technology route

LyncisRail recovery capability

LyncisRail is CBP's current railway recovery-crane route. The website does not claim an Indonesian delivered TM50 deployment without controlling evidence. Its trust proposition is transparent scenario engineering rather than borrowed references.

WHAT CBP ADDS

CBP turns fleet and network risk into a recoverable scenario matrix.

01 · Inventory fleetMass, dimensions, lifting points and bogie arrangements.
02 · Map network accessRoad, rail, gauge, tunnels, catenary and structures.
03 · Build recovery scenariosLikely derailment positions and lifting sequences.
04 · Configure & trainVehicle, rigging, procedures, training and readiness support.
WHAT CBP NEEDS FROM YOU

A rescue-crane inquiry needs the recovery scenarios.
