LIFT & ACCESS / VEHICLE LIFTING

Lift the whole rail vehicle as one controlled system.

AUTOLIFT is CBP’s core railway lifting route for mobile jacks, fixed lifting and underfloor systems used in production, depot maintenance and overhaul.

In practice: support the vehicle at the right points, synchronize every lifting position, and raise the train evenly for maintenance.

PRODUCT OPTIONS

AUTOLIFT covers more than mobile jacks.

The portfolio lets a depot choose the lifting architecture around the vehicle, maintenance task and building rather than forcing one lifting method everywhere.

01

Mobile Lifting Jacks

Synchronized jacks positioned at approved vehicle lifting points.

Best for: flexible depots and multiple vehicle types

02

Rail-Guided Lifting Jacks

Jacks guided along workshop rails for controlled positioning.

Best for: repeatable lifting bays

03

Underfloor Lifting Systems

Lift from below while keeping the workshop floor and access strategy integrated.

Best for: high-throughput maintenance facilities

04

Carbody Lifts

Lift the body for bogie exchange and heavy overhaul.

Best for: major depot and production work

05

Wireless / Battery Systems

Reduce cables and increase flexibility around the lifting bay.

Best for: modernized mobile-jack workflows

06

Inspection, Retrofit & Service

Annual inspection, spare parts, controls and modernization.

Best for: keeping installed lifting assets available

HOW IT WORKS

The key word is synchronized.

01

Match lifting points

Use the vehicle’s approved support locations.

02

Coordinate every lift

Make multiple lifting positions work as one system.

03

Raise evenly

Control the movement instead of relying on manual coordination.

04

Hold for maintenance

Create safe access for the work below.

WHY THIS MATTERS

The challenge is not lifting weight. It is lifting the vehicle together.

Uneven movement across a long rail vehicle creates risk. Railway lifting equipment is engineered around load distribution, synchronization and vehicle interfaces.

Before: heavy access depends on fragmented or less flexible lifting methods.

After: the vehicle enters a repeatable controlled lifting process.

CBP'S ROLE

The product is only useful when it fits the real railway job.

CBP has an established IME-Autolift route in Indonesia and can structure equipment, installation, training, inspection, spares and retrofit as one lifecycle package.

NEXT STEP

Need lifting equipment for a specific fleet or depot?

Send the vehicle type, lifting points and workshop layout. CBP will configure the IME-Autolift architecture.
