TEST & VERIFY / BRAKES

Measure the braking force, not just the pressure behind it.

A pneumatic system can show the expected pressure while the actual force at the brake interface tells a different story. NET-Automation closes that gap.

In practice: ForceBEE tells you how hard each brake is really pressing; BrakeBEE checks the pneumatic side of the same braking system.

TECHNOLOGY PRINCIPAL

Austria · Brake measurement specialist

Direct brake-force measurement, pneumatic testing, wireless sensors, reporting and lifecycle calibration.

PRODUCT OPTIONS

One ecosystem connects pressure with the force the brake actually produces.

NET-Automation’s value is not another pressure gauge. It links pneumatic input, actual mechanical brake force, location and vehicle identity in one workflow.

01

ForceBEE

Measure force directly at disc or block brake interfaces.

Best for: finding weak, uneven or asymmetric braking

02

BrakeBEE

Wireless pneumatic brake testing for pressure, leakage and timing workflows.

Best for: complete train or vehicle pneumatic brake checks

03

Portable Measuring Case

Compact equipment set for moving between vehicles and sites.

Best for: distributed depot use

04

Mobile Measuring Trolley

Organize multi-point brake-force testing in a workshop workflow.

Best for: fleet campaigns and production testing

05

CareFree / Calibration Support

Maintain sensors, calibration records, software and replacement modules.

Best for: keeping the measurement chain available over time

HOW IT WORKS

Pressure explains the command. Force proves the result.

01

Connect the test points

Place force sensors and pressure modules where the vehicle requires them.

02

Operate the brake

Run the controlled application or pneumatic test.

03

Measure both sides

Compare pressure behaviour with actual force at each brake position.

04

Find the exception

Identify positions that are weak, uneven or behaving differently.

WHY THIS MATTERS

Good pneumatic pressure does not automatically prove good mechanical braking.

Mechanical interfaces, calipers, blocks and other components affect how pressure becomes real braking force.

Before: the workshop knows the brake pressure looks correct.

After: the workshop can see whether every brake position produces the expected force.

CBP'S ROLE

The product is only useful when it fits the real railway job.

CBP has an Indonesian ForceBEE project route and can structure vehicle-specific setup, training, commissioning, calibration planning and the ForceBEE + BrakeBEE workflow.

NEXT STEP

Need to know what each brake position is actually doing?

Send the vehicle and brake architecture. CBP will configure the NET-Automation measurement route.
